Rep. Sydney Carlin introduced and passed legislation that has brought over $46 Million back into the state economy since 2005. The Kansas False Claims Act provides whistleblower protection to individuals that report false claims (billings and fraud) that are paid by the state. It also provides for both Criminal and Civil Penalties for those found guilty.
